DODS delivers a wide variety of events all designed to inform the policy process.

DODS produces policy conferences, award ceremonies and bespoke strategic face to face platforms to bring policy makers and stakeholders together in an environment that allows deliberation, dialogue and collaboration.

MEP Awards

The Parliament Magazine’s MEP Awards recognise outstanding achievement by MEPs in various policy areas over the past year.

Public Affairs News Awards

Public Affairs News, the leading professional publication for the public affairs industry organises and hosts Public Affairs News Awards.

Women in Public Life

Dods has launched the Women in Public Life Awards to recognise and stimulate the engagement of women in professional fields.

House Magazine Awards

The House Magazine Parliamentary Awards reward the top politicians in both Parliaments as identified by their peers.

European Awards

Highlight success and encourage best practice throughout European public affairs.

Charity Champion Awards

The Charity Champion Awards honour the hard work, time and effort devoted by MPs and Peers to charitable causes during the parliamentary year.

Civil Service Awards

Hosted once a year, the awards were developed by the senior civil service to promote innovation and improvement across the entire breadth of central government.

The Civil Service Diversity & Equality Awards are an opportunity to celebrate successes in equality and diversity across the UK government.

Since 2004 Dods and the Press Gallery have held a writing competition for young people.


Westminster Briefing

Westminster Briefing in partnership with The House Magazine, have been producing dynamic policy events for over a decade. These events provide a forum for practitioners, local policy makers and civil servants to debate key issues with leading figures from within Westminster, Whitehall and local government.

Half Day Events

Taking place in Westminster from 10.45am-2pm, with a networking lunch to follow, these highly interactive sessions give delegates an opportunity to forensically examine government policy and examine the likely effects on service delivery locally

Full-Day Conferences

Taking place in Westminster these all-day conferences allow delegates an opportunity to enjoy a broader focus on public policy with events on everything from children's services to transport. Plenary sessions in the morning are followed by a range of breakout sessions in the afternoon allowing delegates to drill into the key issues.


Party conference

DODS is now the leading provider of services during the party conference season. We offer a range of event services, from producing fringe events and receptions to managing events. In 2009 DODS arranged over 40 events across the three main party’s conferences.

Defence matters

An all party fringe event highlighting the need for investment in National security.

Low Carbon energy future

An event supported by EDF energy detailing how we can achieve our carbon targets with Nuclear energy.
